Shipping policy

Products purchased on Nautilux Marine do not ship from a single warehouse, but are sent directly from our selected suppliers, depending on the product type and availability.

For this reason, shipping times may vary according to the product and the supplier involved. Indicatively, delivery times range between 5 and 15 business days from order confirmation.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive a notification with the available shipping information.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are always clearly indicated during the checkout process, before the order is confirmed.

In the event of delays, delivery issues, or the need for assistance, our customer service team is available to provide support and updates on the order status.
