Returns & Refunds – Nautilux Marine
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Nautilux Marine.
We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience, in compliance with applicable e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws.
In the event of any issues with an order, our customer service team is available to provide assistance and support in the management of returns, refunds, or replacements, in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
We are committed to ensuring that every purchase on Nautilux Marine is a positive experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from delivery.
According to European regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:
– fall under the category of safety or personal protective equipment
– are sealed and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened
Underwater breathing products fall into this category.
For this reason, the right of withdrawal for change of mind cannot be exercised once the product has been opened or used.
In the event of a defective product or shipping error, assistance is of course guaranteed upon provision of documentation (photos or videos).
Return conditions:

The product must be unused, not installed, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

Returns are not accepted for customized products, opened electronic items, or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Procedure:
To start a return, please contact us by email at info@nautiluxmarine.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
